These Terms of Sale govern the sale of meals and related products by Mighty Munch to you, the customer. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or designated ordering methods. 

Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices for Products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. 

Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept credit, debit, stripe, and PayPal.

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with your order.

Delivery

Delivery Date and Time: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order on the specified delivery date and within the selected delivery time window.

Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Cancellation requests received after this period may not be honored. 

Modifications: Changes to orders, including delivery dates or meal selections, may be possible within 1 hour of purchase

Returns and Refunds

Quality: We strive to provide high-quality Products. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a Product, please contact us within 24h for a potential refund or replacement. 

Refund Policy: Refunds or credits are issued at the discretion of the Company and are subject to our Refund Policy.

Allergies and Dietary Preferences

Allergies: While we accommodate dietary preferences and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our Products will be allergen-free.
